The origin of STEVE-ORINO has an interesting background. Years ago when I was a little kid, my dad would call me, "Steveorino". The name came from the comedian Steve Allen. I thought that was cool until one of my brothers told me that was the name of Steve Allen's dog.

In a local church youth group there were a couple of guys named Joe Bob and Billy Bob (yes, this was in Texas.) Their youth pastor, Clay, called everyone Something-Bob. I was Steve Bob, and he was Clay Bob. The minister's son was Ricky Bob ... you get the idea.

I retired from ministry after 25 years and now I am a therapist at Laureate Psychiatric Clinic in Tulsa. Yes, I'm still crazy after all these years!

The late great Steve Allen Me & Joe Bob, yes, he really does exist!
In honor of my dad, and my high school best friend, Joe Bob, anyone who jumps out of a perfectly good airplane with me is an honorary, Something-Orino. Wanna join?
